By registering an account, purchasing access, logging in, or otherwise browsing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Notice. 2. Account & Eligibility

To use NextNRE, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must create an account directly or receive authorized registration details from a NextNRE administrator.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Student ID, password, and login credentials.
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities, attempts, leaderboard posts, and support tickets submitted through your account.

To enforce individual accounts and prevent unauthorized sharing, the Platform employs automatic device and browser lock algorithms. Your session is tied to the unique device signature captured during login.

• You may not log in from multiple devices simultaneously.
• If you need to change your primary study device (e.g., upgrading your mobile device or switching laptops), you must request a Device Reset from the administrator.
• NextNRE reserves the right to review device reset requests. Reset requests containing evidence of shared access or location anomalies may be permanently denied.

5. Subscription, Fees & Refund Policy

Access to practice sets, explanations, streaks, and performance analytics requires a valid paid subscription or temporary administrator-granted demo access.

• Pricing: Subscription fees are listed clearly on the pricing section of our website. We reserve the right to alter pricing, packages, or feature availability at any time.
• No Refunds: All sales, subscription activations, and payments are final. No refunds, pro-rated credits, or transfers are issued for unused time or account suspensions due to rule violations.
• Activation: Subscriptions are processed manually or via integrated payment verification. Users must submit accurate payment verification (e.g., transaction slips) to activate their accounts.

6. Privacy & Data We Collect

NextNRE values your privacy and is committed to being transparent about the data we collect. By using NextNRE, you authorize us to collect and process:

• Account Credentials: Student IDs, registered phone numbers, subscription status, and creation timestamps.
• Device Metadata: IP address, operating system, browser user-agent, session tokens, device fingerprint identifiers, and login history.
• Learning Activity: Practice session logs, clinical systems selected, question answer choices, time spent per question, streaks, daily goals, leaderboard positions, mock exam scores, and system diagnostics.
• Engagement Data: Support chat inquiries, feedback submissions, avatar selections, display names, and friend lists.
• Admin uploads: Media additions, question revisions, and admin audit logs.

7. AI Training & Platform Analytics

We leverage advanced analytical engines and educational AI models to improve the NextNRE learning experience. We may process user answer logs, accuracy rates, and activity times to:

• Analyze question difficulty, response bias, and quality flags.
• Personalize study recommendations, highlight weak areas, and generate custom practice sessions.
• Train, tune, and evaluate educational AI systems.

We do not sell, rent, or commercialize your personal activity logs to third-party advertisers. All passwords, authentication keys, and security credentials are strictly excluded from AI training pipelines.

8. Cookies & Local Storage

We utilize cookies, local storage (localStorage), and session cookies to support key functions of the Platform, including:

• Maintaining authentication sessions so you do not have to log in on every visit.
• Enforcing device lock rules and anti-sharing checks.
• Saving local preferences, dark/light theme options, and draft session states.

Disabling cookies or browser local storage may restrict access to vital parts of the NextNRE Platform.

9. Intellectual Property Ownership

The NextNRE platform, including the underlying codebase, question databases, rationale explanations, text, graphics, video clips, logo, branding, and images, are solely owned by or licensed to NextNRE. No rights, titles, or interests in the Platform are transferred to you, other than the limited personal license to study the questions online while your subscription is active.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Use at your own risk: NextNRE is an educational tool. We provide the Platform and all questions and answers on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We do not warrant or guarantee:

• That all question rationales, answers, or mock exams are completely free of clinical errors, omissions, or typos. Medical knowledge changes rapidly; students must cross-reference guidelines with official clinical sources.
• That using this platform guarantees passing any official medical licensing, NRE, or university board examination.
• That the website will be 100% secure, error-free, or continuously available without server maintenance downtimes.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NEXTNRE, ITS DEVELOPERS, OWNERS, OR ADMINS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FAILURE TO PASS EXAMS, LOSS OF DATA, STUDY INTERRUPTION, OR REVENUE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NextNRE, its operators, creators, developers, and administrators against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your misuse of the Platform; (b) your violation of any term in these Terms of Service; or (c) copyright/IP infringement resulting from your account sharing or content copying.

13. Suspension & Termination

NextNRE reserves the right, without prior notice, at its sole discretion and without liability, to suspend, disable, or permanently terminate your account and block your access to the Platform in the event of:

• Any violation, breach, or circumvention of these Terms of Service or Conduct Rules.
• Suspicious logins indicative of account sharing.
• Unexplained device lock resets or metadata tampering.
• Non-payment of subscription fees or invalid transaction reports.
• Requests by law enforcement or government authorities.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and your relationship with NextNRE, shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the local laws of the jurisdiction where NextNRE's primary operations reside, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any legal action or dispute arising out of these terms shall be resolved exclusively through negotiation or local arbitration in that jurisdiction.
